Cancellations or no-shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or session change to another day. This is generous enough to allow adequate time for rescheduling on both our parts.

Charges

1st time: everyone makes mistakes - I will be a little put out but otherwise forgiven (no charge)

2nd time: A little more put out, you will have to appease me by doing something nice or providing a small gift! (eg basket of fruit, bottle of merlot etc). Or alternatively: Charge of 50% of the session rate.

3rd and subsequent times: Full session rate.

Refunds (unused sessions in pre-purchased blocks)

In the event of medical or other emergency, or a move a refund of unused sessions may be arranged minus a $5 admin fee.

* No refunds will be given for sessions completed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice as above.
