Lifestyle Coaching

Our goals are what shape and define the path we take through life. When we have something to aim towards, no matter how big or small you think it is, life takes on a whole new meaning. 

Life coaching is about making a commitment to yourself to reach for a goal, set yourself a challenge, or find new direction in your life. When taking on a life coach, you bring in someone who believes in you completely, who is there with you on a pathway to change.

A life coach doesn't tell you what to do, nor do they tell you off if you don't quite meet your goal. They are there to support, guide and direct your own innate ability to achieve your goals and desires.

In coaching, we set goals in 3 areas of your life that are most important to you. Coaching can be useful for:

  • Setting and achieving a goal that you have been putting off for a long while - where it seemed 'too hard' on your own
  • Changing something in your life - like career, finding your passion, exploring an interest or hobby, taking control of relationships or embarking on travel plans
  • Achieving in the workplace, or at home with family
  • Changing old habits, or creating new ones - especially healthy habits! 
  • Revitalising and reinspiring your life

 

Sessions are an hour in length, and are arranged over the phone to allow you to concentrate solely on the most important person in the journey - you!

Coaching works best with a structured 12-session program, with actions and strategies each session to take on as "homework" that helps keep you moving and inspired towards achieving your goal.
